We’ve received several reports that our credit card customers have been receiving calls from scammers claiming to be from 1st Financial Bank USA and asking them to provide certain account information to enable the caller to verify recent activity on their account. While we may call you to verify recent activity on your account, we will never ask you for the number, expiration date, or security code printed on your card or other personal or sensitive information. If you receive a call from someone who claims to be from 1st Financial Bank USA and asks for this information, just hang up and call us at 1-800-733-1732. Our office hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Central Time) and Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) excluding Federal holidays.
